The assembly process is subject to several quality controls in order to detect anomalies as soon as they appear, and quickly initiate corrective measures. First and before starting production, a model is launched and verified. Then 3 pieces per size are measured before and after ironing and provided to our customer for final customer feedback. An inline controller submits all items to a detailed examination to verify the quality of the stitching points, the conformity of the assembly, the main measurements as well as how the garments falls all while respecting customer expectations.
